【摘要】 本试验共选择隐性乳房炎阳性反应奶牛99头,365个乳区,分为8mw激光照射组、18mw激光照射组、青链霉素乳头注入对照组和不治疗对照组4个试验组,8mw组乳区治愈率为90.1％,好转率为8.9％,总有效率为99％;18mw组乳区治愈率为87.8％,好转率为5.7％,总有效率为93.5％;两组平均治愈率为88.95％,好转率为7.3％,总有效率为96.25％。8mw组平均每日每头产奶量增加0.5538kg,18mw组增加1.6318kg,两个激光照射组平均增加1.0928kg;药物对照组治愈率为41.17％,好转率为23.52％,总有效率为64.69％,平均每日每头产奶量减少0.07kg;不治疗对照组试前乳区阳性率为73.6％,试后礼区阳性率为78.02％,自然增长率为4.42％。试前每日每头产奶量为18.9552kg,试后为18.3742kg,减少了0.581kg。经统计处理,激光照射组与对照组之间差异极为显著。更多还原

【Abstract】 In the experimental period 99 cows that were suffering from unmentionable mastitis were chosen and alloted to 4 groups: 8mw He-Ne laser group, 18mw He-Ne laser group, control group with in jecting penicillin and streptomycin into the ductus papillaris, and no treatment control group.The first group’s mammary boles cure rate, favourable turn rate and total effective rate was 90.1％, 8.9％ and 99％ respectively. The second group’s mammary boles cure rate, favourable turn rate and to tal effective rate was 87.8％, 5.7％ and 93.5％ respectively. The two groups’ mean cure rate, favourable turn rate and total effective rate was 88.95％, 7.3％ and 96.25％ respectively.In the first group the milk output increased on the average of 0.5538 kg per cow every day by the end of the experiment compared to the beginning. While in the second group, the increase was 1.6318kg. The two groups’ milk output increased on the average of 1.0928kg per cow every day by the end of the experiment.In the drug’ s control group the mammary boles cure rate, favourable turn rate and total effective rate was 41.17％, 23.52％ and 64.69％, and the milk output decreased on the average of 0.07kg per cow every day until the end of the experiment.In the no treatment control group the rate of positive mammary boles rose from 73.6％ to 78.02％ during the experiment, and the natural increment rate was 4.4％, and the milk output decreased from 18.9552kg to 18.3742kg per cow every day during the experiment, and the decreased milk output of one day was on the average of 0.581kg per cow.The experimental result showed that the difference was very significant between the two laser groups and the two control groups.更多还原
