【摘要】 用二维超声心动图测定125例正常人左心室心肌质量及容量/质量比值,经多元回归分析建立了左室心肌质量的多元回归方程。结果表明男性心肌质量和容量显著高于女性,经体表面积校正后仍有显著性差异。应用二维超声心动图测定左心室心肌质量、容量和容量/质量对于确定左室肥厚的诊断和心室肥厚与室壁张力的关系有重要意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 This study defines the range of left ventricular mass(LVM) and volume/mass ratio determined by Two-dimensional echocardiography in 125 normal subjects A regression equation of variates on LVM in normal subjects was established by multiple linear regression analysis. The results show that LVM and volume values were larger in normal men than in women(mean 154 versus 1l7g. P<0.00l) and remained larger after correction for body surface area. The definiton of normal mass, volume and volume/mass ratio by Two-dimensional echocardiography will facilitate the noninvasive quantitative diagnosis of left vertricular hypertrophy and help clarify the relation between hypertrophy and systolic wall stress.更多还原
