环境条件对小麦蛋白质含量和品质的影响

【摘要】 环境条件对于小麦蛋白质含量和品质具有显著影响,这种影响的程度往往超过基因型的影响。其中,最主要的是气候条件和土壤条件,而作物病虫害、杂草等其他环境条件也有重要影响。在气候条件中,温度和降水有很重要的影响,但温湿度的综合影响更为重要。土壤条件的重要影响说明培肥地力对于改善少麦品质具有重要意义。

【Abstract】 The environment factors substantially affect protein content and its quality of wheat. he effect of environmental factors on protein content and its quality are much more than the genotype.The environmental factors affecting protein content and its quality of wheat grain include (climate, soil, plant disease?inSect pests and weeds, but the most important factors are climate and soil Among the climatic factors, temperature and rainfall are very important, but comprehensive effect of temperature and humidity even more improtant. The substantial effect of soil conditions show that increasingfertility of soil have very important significance for iniprovingprotein content and its quality of -wheat.
