【Abstract】 The pterocletes are birds of the arid regions of Africa,Asia,and SouthernEurope.Their relationships to the Columbiformes and the Charadriiformes havebeen debated for more than a century.Our new approach has been to determine some fuzzy matrix of pterocletes,Charadriiformes and Columbiformes,to calculate most approachability degree ofpterocletes as against Charadriiformes and Columbiformes.The results are quite clear:The Pterocletes are the sister group of a largepart of the order Charadriiformes and are closer to the Charadriiformes than theyare to the Columbiformes.更多还原
