【Abstract】 Using the CAD-40 polymeric adsorbent to adsorb the pepsin inhibitor from the culture filtrate is better than the solvent extraction. The result of this investigation shows that the sorption efficiency is best at pH = 6. The adsorbent after washed with distilled water or with 0.05 mol / L ammonia spirit, and then etuted with 95% ethanol aqueous solution. The inhibitor extraction efficency with this method increases by 15% in comparing with the solvent extraction.更多还原
