NKA树脂对双酚A生产中强酸性含酚废水的吸附和脱附性能的研究

【摘要】 选用南开牌NKA吸附树脂处理双酚A生产过程中的强酸性含酚废水,对树脂吸附和脱附的工艺条件进行了较系统研究,为工业装置的设计和运行提供了重要的依据。

【Abstract】 The polymeric adsorbent, NKA, was selected to treat the phenolic waste water produced from BPA synthetic process.The method of pretreatment of the waste water and the effects of phenols content, flow rate of the waste water through the fixed-bed and temperature on the adsorption behavior of polymeric adsorbent, NKA, were systematically studied. The effects of deadsorbents and their flom rates on the deadsorption behavior were also studied.The NKA polymeric adsorbent can treat an amount of waste water 12-20 times the bed volume, when the waste water contains 1,500- 2,000 ppm volatile phenols and 4,000 -8,000 ppm total phenols.After the treatment, the waste water contains less than 5ppm volatile phenols, and worked adsorption capacity of volatile phenols on NKA is 25-30 mg/ ml, and worked adsorption capacity of total phenols is 45-85 mg / ml: the adsorption efficiency of volatile phenols approaches 99.5% , and the adsorption efficiency of total phenols is over 80%, COD adsorption efficiency is over 70%; the deadsorption efficiency of contaminations adsorbed on NKA is over 95%.
