半胱氨棉对微量元素吸附性能的研究
Study on Adsorption of Trace Elements Cycteins Cotton
【摘要】 以自制的半胱氨棉,研完了半胱氨棉对十二种金属离子定量吸附条件,洗脱条件,吸附速度,共存离子的干扰和消除,吸附顺序和吸附容量进行了研究。也研完了半胱氨棉的实验室制备,保存和再生使用条件。半胱氨棉是一种良好的固体吸附剂,对水中多种微量元素吸附和容易洗脱的优点,而且制备简单,无异味便于推广。半胱氨酸在酸性溶液中作为掩蔽剂也和一些离子形成水溶性络合物。半胱氨酸和脱脂棉反应末见到报导。关于巯基型树脂和巯基棉均有报导。在纤维素中每个结构单元中含有一个伯羟基和仲羟基,可与多种无机酸和有机酸发生酯化反应参照俞穆清等巯基棉的合成。将半胱氨酸和脱脂棉在实验室中,可用简单的方法制备半胱氨棉,简称H2L棉,同时研究了H2L棉在水溶液中的吸附性能,并对H2l棉在环境保护和地质上的应用进行了研究。
【Abstract】 Conditions for Quantitative adsorption and 12 kinds of trace elements, desorption, and the adsorption rate, and capacity and the adsorption order by cysteine cotton prepared in this Laboratory were investigated .The preparation, the storage stability and regeneration of the cystei cotton and the interfering coexistent ions and its’ elimination were discussed.The cysteins cotton is a kind of good solid adsorbent which can quantitatively adsorp trace heavy metallic ions in natural water and quantitatively desorp. Its preparation is simple and easy for application.
