钛和氮对非调质钢低温冲击韧性及断裂机制的影响

【摘要】 对锻后空冷态非调质钢35MnVN及40MnVTi低温冲击韧性值的测定、断口形貌及二次裂纹扩展途径的观察,探讨了两种钢的低温断裂机制。结果表明:40MnVTi钢低温下为穿晶解理与撕裂,而35MnVN钢低温下除具有穿晶解理与撕裂特征外,还出现沿晶断裂。研究认为,微合金化元素钛和氮是导致两种钢低温断裂机制与冲击韧性差异的主要因素。

【Abstract】 This paper describes the low temperature fracture mechanism of 35MnVN and 40MnVTi under forging followed by air cooling conditions, and the evaluation of low temperature impact toughness, fracture topographics and secondary cracks. It has been found that the low tomperature fracture mechanism of 40MnVTi is transgranular cleavage and tear, but 35MnVN is transgranular cleavage, tear and intergranular crack. It is considered that Ti and N are the main factors causing the difference of low temperature fracture mechanism and impact toughness.
