钨丝笼电极电解预富集——石墨炉原子吸收法测定水中痕量银的研究

【摘要】 用钨丝绕成笼状多层圆盘电极,用此电极对水中痕量银进行电解富集,再放入石墨杯中进行原子吸收测定。富集底液选用1.6mol·1-1H2SO4,测定线性范围为0.01~0.5ng·ml-1,在含银为0.1ng·ml-1的溶液中10次富集测定值的变动系数为4.2%,检出下限为0.005ng·ml-1。三十多种共存离子不干扰测定。对实际水样进行测定并做回收率试验,获得满意的结果。

【Abstract】 Traccs of silver in water is electrolytically preconcentrated on a tungsten wire cage-shaped multilayer disk electrode, The electrode is then put into graphite furnace and silver determined by atomic absorption spectrophotometry. A 1.6M H2SO4 is selected as the support electrolyte. The linear range for the determination is 0.01-0.5ng ml-1. The coefficient of variation for 10 parallel determinations of 0.1 ng ml-1 of silver is 4.2%, and the detection limit is 0.005 ng ml-1. No interference is observed in the presence of more than 30 foreign ions. The results for determination of five water samples and the recovery for silver added are satisfactory.
