胚胎肝细胞移植治疗肝硬化血浆氨基酸的动态变化
Tha Plasma Amino Acid Levels of Cirrhotic Patients Following Fetal Liver Cell Infusion
【摘要】 本文观察了24例肝硬化血浆氨基酸和胰岛素浓度的动态变化,其中胎肝输注组16人,一般内科治疗组8人。结果胎肝输注组,支链氨基酸在输注后较前明显增高,缬氨酸增加13.8%,亮氨酸增加15.21%,异亮氨酸增加18.86%。支链氨基酸与芳香族氨基酸的比值虽见增高,但统计学处理差异无显著性,芳香族氨基酸和胰岛素浓度保持不变。一般内科治疗组,支链氨基酸、芳香族氨基酶、胰岛素浓度均无改变。因此,我们认为胎肝输注后,能提高血浆支链氨基酸浓度,后者增加能提供能源,减少肌肉分解,并能促进肝脏蛋白质的合成,胎肝输注无明显副作用,且有一定疗效,可作为肝硬化的一种治疗方法。
【Abstract】 Plasma amino acid and inslin changes were measured in 24 patients with cirrhosis of both treatment group infused with fetal liver cell solution (16 cases) and control group treated with conventional means (8 cases) to evaluate the effects of fetal liver cell infusion on liver diseases. Following fetal liver cell infusion, valine increased by 13.6%, isoleucine by 18.8%, leucine by 15.21%; whereas the plasma concentrations of aromatic amino acids and insulin remained unchanged. Neither amino acids nor insulin changed in control group. We conclude that the infusion of fetal liver cells can elevate branched chain amino acids which can provide energy, reduce muscle catabolism and improve protein synthesis of liver. Fetal liver cell infusion is efficient and safe and can be used as one of the means for treating cirrhosis.
