SHPB试验装置的电阻应变测量系统的误差分析

【摘要】 本文建立了电脑化SHPB试验装置的电阻应变测量系统的广义传递函数,逐项分析了各因素对系统测量误差的影响,经综合后得出系统的测量误差指标,指出了进一步提高系统测量精度的途径。经对率不敏感材料LY12的动静态试验对比,证明系统的实际误差在分析误差之内。

【Abstract】 In this paper, a general transfer function characterizing the strain gage measurement system of SHPB is established. The effects of various factors on the accuracy of measurement are analysed. After synthesis, the specification of accuracy of the total system is obtained, and the pathes for raising the accuracy further are suggested. By comparing the static and dynamic test results for a strain rate independent material LY 12, it is proved that the actual accuracy of the system is in the range of accuracy analysed in this paper.
