Cu-Zn,Cu-Ni固溶体价电子结构分析
Analysis on the Valence Electron Structures of the Solid Solutions Cu-Zn, Cu-Ni
【摘要】 本文应用固体与分子经验电子理论分析Cu-Zn、Cu-Ni固溶体的价电子结构,计算得出原子键强度参数η与合金成分的关系。并对比合金的弹性模量E与合金成分的实验规律,找出了同时表征晶体中原子键强弱的两个量η和E之间的对应关系。在较宽的固溶范围内验证了以经验电子理论判断合金性能变化规律的可行性。
【Abstract】 In this work the empirical electron theory of solid and molecule is applied to analyze the valence electron structures of solid solutions Cu-Zn and Cu-Ni. The relationship between the parameter η of atom-bond strength and the compositions of alloys is gained by calculation. Comparing to the experimental law between the elastic modulus E and the compositions of alloys, the relationship between η and E that both characterize the atom-bond strength in the crystals has been found. The feasibility to judge the varying rule of properties of alloys from the empirical electron theory is verified in the wider range of solid solubilities.
