【摘要】 本文对水力旋流器中强制涡的形成,性质及作用等方面进行了较全面的深入探讨。指出:(1)强制涡的形成是水力旋流器工作方式的必然产物,而非正常过程所必需;(2)强制涡内存在无益的能量耗损;(3)强制涡的不稳定性将对旋流器的工作产生不利影响,从而提出了改进强制涡流作用的新的研究课题。

【Abstract】 The formation mechanism and properties of forced vortex in a hydrocyclone and its influence on the performance of the cyclone are studied systematically and thoroughly in this paper. The following conclusions are made below: (1) The existence of forced vortex in a hydrocyclone is determined by the operating conditions of the cyclone. (2) There is an useless energy consumption in the forced vortex. (3)The unstability of the forced vortex interferes in the performance of the hydrocyclone, Therefore, a new problem of improving the forced vortex is posed here.
