【Abstract】 The measured results of magnetic susceptibility for different types of rutileare presented in this paper. There is an obvious positive correlation betweenmagnetic susceptibility and iron content in rutile. The magnetic properties ofrutile are ascribed to the paramagnetism of isomorphic iron ions, the antife-rromagnetism of the exsolution phase-titanoferrous hematite and the para-magnetism of the exsolution phase-ilmenite.更多还原
