银锌壳的真空蒸馏特性

【摘要】 目前国外银锌壳的真空蒸馏限于蒸馏锌,本文探讨采用真空蒸馏的方法蒸馏锌和铅的可能。由理论计算知,Zn—Ag系在NAg=0.9时,其蒸汽密度比ρ(Zn/ρAg=2.95×104,说明锌、银的分离效果很好,Pb—Ag系在NAg=0.9时,ρPbAg=12,仍有可能采用真空蒸馏的方法使其分离。试验研究了温度、残压、熔体深度对锌、铅蒸馏率的影响,并找出了锌、铅分别蒸馏和同时蒸馏的相关作业条件。

【Abstract】 In the traditional vacuum distillation of Pakes’ process of zinc crust, Zinc is distilled only. Some lab tests of evaporation of zinc and lead from zinc crust were done and the results of the tests are reported in this paper. The thermodynamic calculation of the Zn-Ag and Pb-Ag systems shows good separation of zinc from crust when NAg=0.9, the vapor density ratio ρznAg=2.95×104, and when NAg=0.9, ρPb/PAg=12, Pbmay be distilled from the crust also. The temperature, pressure and size of charge were investigated The optimum conditions of vacuum distitlation are obtained.
