重型厂房钢结构动力试验——柱间支撑计算方法的探讨

【摘要】 在吊车纵向冲击下,柱间支撑的顺向一肢受拉,逆向一肢受压,这与实测结果正好相反。因为吊车的垂直轮压必然同时对柱和基础产生压缩变形,再加上“空间大梁”的作用,引起柱间支撑内力的很大变化。本文对此做了了理论探讨,并提出了新的计算方法。

【Abstract】 In conventional designs, the stresses in the members of column bracings in single story industrial buildings caused by longitudinal impulse of crane are considered to be in tension when they are along the moving direction of the crane and in compression when they are in the opposite direction.However, this is just contrary to the experimental results. Because of the simultaneous deformation of columns and their foundations under vertical crane wheel loads and also due to the effect of "space girder" , the internal forces in the members of column bracings have been changed significantly. This paper discusses the above problem theoretically and a new calculating method is presented. Good agreement has been obtained between results of the suggested calculation method and those by experiments.
