【Abstract】 According to the preliminary results of the experimental study for viral pathogeny of Keshan disease, we consider some enteroviruses may be a necessary factor for the pathogenesis of Keshan disease. Inoculating two strains of enteroviruses, Chu-blood₂₁ and Chuan-blood₁, into abdominal cavity of the nursing white mice can induce myocardial necrosis similar to human Keshan disease. Meanwhile, in the same epidemic area and the same epidemic period, we isolated two virus strains belonging to the same serum-type-virus Echo₆ from different specimens （blood and stool） of two children affected by subacute Kcshan disease. This fully showed that these viruscso were closely related to Keshan disease.更多还原
