【Abstract】 The measurements for the rehabilitation and functional recovery of thirty one replanted digits have been reported. The authors pointed out that fine anastomosis of small blood vessels in operation and proper use of Vasodilator and anticoagulant lead to the success of replantation. The main measurements of rehabilitation in the early stage are to eliminate swelling and adhesion and to recover the elasticity of the skin and tendon In the intermediate stage,they are to promote fractural recovery,digital nerve regeneration and to mobilize unfixed joints.
