【摘要】 应用Z8 000塞曼效应原子吸收分光光度仪,分析了50例冠心病人头发中锌、铜、硒、锰、镁、镉、钼、镍、钴、铬10种微量元素,并与健康对照组比较。发现:锌、镉、钴、镁低于对照组,其中以锌、镉、钴为明显;锌/铜比值低于对照组;钼、镍高于对照组;铜、硒、锰、铬与对照组无差别。并对其与冠心病发病机理进行了讨论。更多还原

【Abstract】 This article presents an analysis of the quantity of ten trace elements, Zn, Cu, Se, Mn, Mg, Cd, Mo, Ni, Co and Cr in the hair of patients with coronary heart disease (CHD). A comparative study of the data with normal subjects (control group) showed that four trace elements, Zn, Cd, Co, Mg and the ratio of Zn/Cu in the hair CHD patients were significantly lower than those of the control group, where as two trace elements, Mo, Ni in the hair of CHD patients were significantly higher. However, four trace elements, Cu, Se, Mn and Cr in the hair Showed no remarkable difference between CHD patients and normal persons.更多还原
