M型超声心动图对单纯性室间隔缺损心功能和分流量测定(附13例分析)
Determination of Heart Function and Size of Shuntin Children with Isolated Supracristal Ventricular Septal Defect by M-mode Echocardiography
【摘要】 运用 M 型超声心动图对13例经手术证实为室上嵴型单纯性室间隔缺损在0.5～2cm的病儿进行心功能测定。结果说明,室间隔缺损患儿虽然临床无明显心衰表现,而左心功能已有轻度改变。测定左室舒张末径/右室舒张末径(LVEDd/RVEDd)比值,发现其值增大与室间隔缺损大小成正比例关系,认为可以将 LVEDd/RVEDd 比值作为预测室问隔缺损左向右分流量大小的指标。
【Abstract】 Cardiac function of thirteen children with surgically confirmed isolated supracristal ventricular septal defect (VSD)0.5～2.0cm in size was mea- sured by M-mode echocardiography.The result showed that although there was not any clinical sign of heart failure,the left heart function of the sick children,was slightly abnormal.Further,the ratio between the left ventricular end-diastolic diameter (LVEDd) and right ventric- ular end-diastolic diameter (RVEDd)was increased and directly prop- ortional to the size of VSD.The authors suggest that the LVEDd/RV- EDd ratio can be used as a index to calculate the size of the shunt in VSD.
