【摘要】 用放射免疫测定法测定了子宫颈癌患者血浆中 PGE 的含量。发现:患者血浆中PGE 含量显著高于正常同龄妇女;年轻输血员妇女血浆中 PGE 含量亦很高,这可能与其血细胞增殖旺盛有关。讨论了血浆 PGE 水平与宫颈癌发展的关系,认为测定 PGE 可作为宫颈癌的辅助诊断方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 The content of PGE in blood plasma of patients with cervical cancer was estimated by means of RIA.The results showed that the amount of PGE in patients’ plasma was significantly larger than that of the normal.But in the young female donors’ blood plasma,the PGE level is high also.probably it is due to proliferation of blood cells in the latter.The relationship of PGE level in plasma to the development of cervical cancer has been discussed.It is suggested that estimating plasma PGE may be a supplemantary method to the diagnosis of cervical cancer.更多还原
