SYNTHESIS AND SECRETION OF α-HANP, DIRECTED BY α-FACTOR PROMOTER-SIGNAL SEQUENCE IN YEAST
【摘要】 <正> Atrial natriuretic peptide (ANP)is a peptide hormone secreted by atrial cardiocytes of mammals. It has several powerful functions such as natriuresis, diuresis and vasodilatation. It is expected that ANP may be the best vasodepressor. Since ANP has such attractive applications, we have successfully expressed chemical-synthesized α-human atrial natriuretic peptide (α-hANP)gene under the direction of SUC2 gene
