【摘要】 从1984年开始,采用闭锁家系选育方法,对崇仁麻鸡进行了两个世代的选育,体型外貌已基本一致,并具有体小早熟、产蛋量较高、蛋的品质好,饲料利用率高和适应性强等特点.五年来向全国推广崇仁麻鸡380万只,经济效果极显著.经选育的崇仁麻鸡遗传性能较稳定,主要经济性状有了明显的提高,300日龄产蛋量71.74枚,500日龄产蛋量为180.23枚,比基础群分别提高了14.6%和13.7%,比零世代亦分别提高了4.6%和5.8%,其他性状随着发生了相应变化.同时还估测了崇仁麻鸡主要经济性状的遗传参数,对今后的选育方法也进行了讨论.更多还原

【Abstract】 Starting from 1984, a closed family strain breeding method for the Chongren Brown-spotted Chickens was used in two generations. The appearance features and body conformation of the adult chicken are almost the same, and possess the original characteristics of small sized, early maturity, high egg yield with better meat quality, high rate of feed convertions and stronger adaptation.Within 5 years, 3.8 million birds of Chongren Brown-spotted Chickens have been extended to the whole country. The economic efficiency is very high.The bred chickens have a stable genetic performance. It’s major economic traits have been improved, obviously. The amount of egg production in 300 days averages 71.74 and in 500 days 180.23, which gains an increase of 14.6% and 13.7% respectively in comparison with the original flock and also an increase of 4.6% and 5.8% respectively as compared to the zero generation. In teh meantime, other traits, were also estimated for the genetic parameters, and the future breeding direction and methods discussed.更多还原
