【Abstract】 Yanquan Nature Reserve is in Lichuan County,which is in the westernslope of Mt.Wuyi.Geographically it is at the latitude of 27°04′～27°14′N.and the longitude of 116°55′～117°04′E.in East China.In this area thewoody flora consists of 661 species,belonging to 107 families,and 265 genera.The forests are of evergreen broad-leaf,evergreen and deciduous broad-leafmixed forests and some coniferous forests.It is in the mid-subtropic zone.Thezonal vegetational form consists chiefly of evergreen plants of Fagaceae Laura-ceae, Magnoliaceae,Theaceac and Aquifoliaceae etc.The important species areMaglieta yuyuanensis,Parakmeria Iotungensis,Phoebe bournei,Bretschneiderasinensis,Sarcococca orientis,Cyclocarya paliurus,Emmenopterya henryi,andHalesia macgegorii etc.In this area remains about 1000 trees of Torreya grandis,and the woodlandof Catalpa ovata.These are rarely to be found in other places in this province.Moreover this Nature Reserve is rich in other biological resources,such as birdsamphibians,reptiles,insects,and large fungi etc.Yanquan Nature Reservecould serve as a good nature laboratory.更多还原
