【摘要】 用分光光度法测定了4株郎比可假丝酵母(Candida lambica)间的DNA-DNA同源性,结果:2.1182与LP012的同源性为90.4%,表明它们是同种的;2.1182与DX22为77.5%,DX22与LP012为76.8%,表明它们虽是同种,但产生了一些分化:LP006与LP012为63.2%,表明它们之间产生了较大的分化,接近种的范围,仍可认为是同种的。更多还原

【Abstract】 DNA-DNA homology is determined by spectrophotometric method among 4 strains of Candida lambica DX22,LP006 and LPO12 are collected from Bohai seacoast and 2.1182,the standard strain,is obtained from Chinese Academy of Sciences.As results,the DNA homology between 2.1182 and LPO12 is 90.4%,this shows they can be classified into the same species;those between 2.1182 and DX222 is 77.5%,between DX22 and LPO12 is 76.8% show there are some diversities although they can be classified into the same species;that bet- ween LP006 and LPO12 is 63.2%,shows there are some more diversities,near the range of spe- cies,can also be classified into the same species.更多还原
