Fe70Cr18Mo2SiB9中硼化物的变化规律
TEMPERATURE DEPENDENCE OF CHANGE OF BORIDE IN Fe70Cr18Mo2 SiB9
【摘要】 液态急冷Fe70Cr18Mo2SiB2在700—1150℃退火中可生成M2B,M3B2和M23B6硼化物。M2B随温度的升高,由Fe2B为主,经Fe2B和Cr2B的平衡共存,逐步被Cr2B所取代。Cr2B可由Fe2B通过原子置换和结构调整转变而成,残余Fe2B以层错形式的薄片夹在(Cr,Fe)2B(100)面之间,M3B2实际为Mo1+x(Fe,Cr)2-xB2(0≤x≤1),x随温度上升而连续增大。
【Abstract】 The formation of borides M2B, M3B2 and M23B6 may be carried outfrom the melt-quenched Fe70Cr18Mo2SiB9 during 700-1150℃ annealing. As the tem-perature raising, the M2B, the majority being Fe2B, may be gradually replaced byCr2B via the co-existence between Fe2B and Cr2B. The Cr2B may be formed by transformation of Fe2B through the atomic substitution and structural adjustment. Thethin slice of remaining Fe2B is sandwiched between (100) faces of (Cr,Fe)2B asstacking fault. The M3B2 is virtually composed of the Mo1+x(Fe,Cr)2-xB2 where x(0≤x≤1) increases with the increase of temperature.
