氢在(α+γ)双相不锈钢中的扩散
DIFFUSION OF HYDROGEN IN (α+γ) DUPLEX STAINLESS STEEL
【摘要】 采用电化学渗透方法,测定了氢在(α+γ)双相不锈钢中的扩散渗透曲线。氢的表观扩散系数与奥氏体含量(fγ)的关系为:D=0.27+0.9/fγ2(10-10cm2/s),初步证明氢在(α+γ)双相不锈钢中主要是通过α相和γ相“串联”扩散,扩散系数D≈DαDγ/(fγ2Dα+fα2Dγ),其中Dα,Dγ分别为氢在α相和γ相中的扩散系数,fα,fγ分别为α和γ相的体积分数。
【Abstract】 The permeation curves of hydrogen in (α+γ) duplex stainless steelhave been electrochemically determined. The apparent diffusivity of hydrogen de-pends on the austenite content (fγ) at room temperature, D=(0.27+0.9/fγ2) (10-10cm2/s). It is simply verified that hydrogen in (α+γ) duplex stainless steel diffusesin "series-connection" form through both ferrite and austenite, the apparent diffu-sivity is D≈DαDγ/(fα2Dγ+fγ2Dα), where DαDγare respectively diffusivity of hydrogenin ferrite and austenite, fα,fγare volume fraction, in turn, of ferrite and aus-tenite.
