形变热处理-变温淬火新工艺对Cr12型钢性能的影响
The Effect of Thermomechanical Treatment-Modified-Marquenching Process on the Properties of Cr12 Steel
【摘要】 本文分析对比了Cr12型冷作模具钢经形变热处理-变温淬火与等温淬火及常规热处理后的硬度、耐磨性、冲击韧性、多冲抗力及断裂韧性,并对形变热处理-变温淬火新工艺能明显提高Cr12型钢强韧性的原因,从显微组织变化方面进行了解释。文中还介绍了新工艺在实际应用中所取得的显著技术经济效益。
【Abstract】 This paper deals with the comparison among the hardness, wear resistance, impact toughness, repeated impact resistance, fracture toughness of Cr12 steel treated by thermomechanical treatment-modified-marquenching, isothermal quenching or traditional quenching.According to the change of microstructure, authors discussed the cause which improves the strength and toughness after thermomechanical modified-marquenching. The remarkable economic benifits has been obtained.
