【Abstract】 Responses to (1) the moving red ball, (2) the speaking and moving person’s face and (3) the noise of "Ge, Get" were observed in 100 normal term neonates at 2-3, 12-14 and 26-28 days of age respectively. The results revealed that newborn infant at 2-3 days of age has pretty good ability to see and to hear and this ability progresses significantly with age. Speculation: Examination of this ability of a newborn baby may be a means to pick out perinatal brain damage at an early stage.更多还原
