【Abstract】 The improved ELISA test for the diagnosis of pig’s Cysticercuscell-ulosae is peculiar for its high diagnosing rate , fast reaction, no cross-reaction and highly simplified handle procedure. The blood-sample iseasy to collect,for it requires very little amount of blood((0.01ml-30)/3/pig)and the result can be obsefved with naked eyes.This test has been applied in more than 70 citis or counties and over 800 000 pigs have been checked with this test, and the results have been excellent.更多还原
