鹿结核病的病原分离
ISOLATION OF PATHOGEN FROM DEER TUBERCULOSIS
【摘要】 作者从1986年7月到1988年5月在吉林省和北京市不同地区10个鹿场,用牛型OT点眼试验,选取阳性反应的鹿只48头,捕杀后,采取眼观有病变的肺和淋巴结为病料共96份,按照《分枝杆菌鉴定规程》对96份病料进行了细菌的分离。共分离出36株分枝杆菌,分离率为75.0%(36/48)。试验证明,对鹿体分枝杆菌的分离前处理采用4%H2SO4处理较好。选用丙酮酸钠和改良罗氏培养基适合于分枝杆菌的分离培养。涂片采用Ziehl—Neelsen染色法较好。菌体的形态、大小及培养特性与其他动物的分枝杆菌一致。
【Abstract】 From July of 1986 to May of 1988, tuberculosis of deer was detectedwith the method of ophthalmic reaction test by OT on 10 deer farmsin the different areas of Beijing and Jilin.Then, 48 deers showing positive reaction with the testing, were killed, and 96 lungs and lymph nodes were collected from the 48 deers which had gross lesions at necropsy. An attempt was made to isolate mycobacteria from 96 specimens, according to "Rules of Type of Mycobacteria Identification". As a result of the isolation, 36 strains mycobacteria were isolated, with the isolation rate being 75.0% (36/48).The testing result shows that it is better to treat the specimen-ts of deer with 4% H2SO4 solution previously. Sodium pyruvate medium is suitable for isolating and culturing M. bovis, while lowenstein-Jensen medium adapts to isolating and culturing all mycobacteria in deer. It was demonstrated that the staining techniques of Ziehl-Neelsen are better than others. Morphology, size, and cultural character of mycobacteria in deer are the same as those in other animals.
