【Abstract】 Simulation test on the potato storage was studied under the same conditions of potatoes and cooling air temperature and relative humidity. By changing the discharging area on the flanges, the result showed that the static pressure was uniformity and potatoes were well in the storage if the ratio of the discharging area to the main area was 0.5. The finite difference equations were used to simulate the potato cooling rate and the good result was obtained in the first period.更多还原
