125K TlCaBaCuO超导体制备工艺的研究

【摘要】研究了TlCaBaCuO超导体的制备工艺。对名义成分为Tl₅Ca_3.8Ba_2.8Cu₆O_z和TlCa₄Ba₃Cu₆O_z的两种配比,采用适当的烧结温度、时间以及冷却速度,都获得了零电阻转变温度为125K的超导体。更多还原

【Abstract】 The preparation technology of Tl-Ca-Ba-Cu-O supercoductors was investigated. The supercoductivity of zero resistance transition temperature at 125 K was obtained in the samples with nominal composition of Tl₅Ca_3.8Ba_2.8Cu₆O_xor TlCa₄Ba₃Cu₆O_x was obtained when the suitable sintering temperature, time and cooling rate was chosen.更多还原
