细胞色素b5模型尾式卟啉铁(Ⅲ)的顺磁共振

【摘要】 报道了氯化meso-一〔邻-(4-二甲胺基丁酰胺基)苯基〕三苯基卟啉铁(Ⅲ)(meso-MDMBPTPP Fe(Ⅲ)Cl,以下简记PFe(Ⅲ)Cl)同咪唑、吡啶、三乙胺、哌啶等在轴向配位的配合物的ESR光谱,也测定了尾式卟啉铁(Ⅱ)与NO的配合物的ESR光谱。

【Abstract】 The ESR spectra of a new tailed porphyrin iron[Ⅲ], meso-mono[0-[4- dimethylaminobutylamido]phenyl] porphyrin iron [Ⅲ],and its adducts with a series of axial ligands such as Im, Py, piperidine Et3N, NO, were observed at 100K. The results show that the ESR spectra of PFe[Ⅲ]Cl is characteristic of high-spin. Im reacts with ferric porphyrin to form a six-coordination complex in a single step, the ESR spectra of PFe[Ⅲ]Im2Cl are characteristic of low-spin. The ESR spectra of bisligands complexes of Fe[Ⅲ] with pyridin are characteristic of high-spin. The ESR bands of the 1:1 adduct of meso-PFe[Ⅲ] ImCl with Et3N or piperidine occut at near g=2.0. When PFe[Ⅱ] is coordinatated by NO in the sixth coordination position, axial coordinated base is away from iron becat, se the unpaired electron of NO has to go into the antibonding orbital of sp[N]+dz [Fe].
