【Abstract】 In this paper we discuss the contribution of spheres of bubble structure, which was formed by polar substance produced in cell bursting due to pathological change and suspended in gastric juice, to scattering light intensity. We found the relationship between the scattering light intensity and the number and the size of the "bubble structure" sphere, and expounded theoretically the difference between the scattering light intensity of gastric juice of gastric carcinoma and that of normal gastric juice, and gave the relation of patient’s condition & scattering intensity of gastric juice of gastric carcinoma to the number and size of bubble structure spheres. The theoretical basis of light scattering technique in clinic examination of gastric carcinoma was provided.更多还原
