丙烯酰胺与玉米淀粉接枝共聚物的合成及其对含石油废水的处理——乙烯基类单体与淀粉的接枝共聚反应(Ⅴ)

【摘要】 以水为反应介质,在Fe2+-H2O2的引发作用下,合成了丙烯酰胺与玉米淀粉的接枝共聚物。简要地报导了引发剂、单体、温度等对单体转化率、接枝率以及接枝效率的影响。研究了其水溶液对含石油废水的处理。

【Abstract】 In this paper, we report the graft copolymerization of acrylamide onto corn starch by Fe(Ⅱ)/H2O2 initiation. The IR spectra of reaction product present absorptions at 1650cm-1, 750cm-1, and 570cm-1. Though the comparison from curves 1,2 and 3 the reaction product is starch-graft-poly (acrylamide). Our results showed that the percent grafting (G) and grafting efficiency were considerably affected by [Fe2+],[H2O2], temperature, monomers and time.We found that the S-G-PAM can be useb as flocculant to treat petroliferous waste water and satisfactory result was obtained.
