【Abstract】 Two output beams (multiple mode beam and TEM mode beam) in high-power transverse-flow CO2 laser with a configuration of pin-plate discharge have been investigated in this paper. The multiple mode output power is 2000 watts at an efficiency of about 15 percent. The output power of TEM (quasi-fundamental mode) with 1020 watts at an efficiency greater than 8. 6 percent was obtained by using folded resonator更多还原
