二苯并30-冠-10钡与氯化铋配合物的晶体和分子结构
Crystal and Molecular Structure of Dibenzo-30-Crown-10-Barium with Bismuth ( Ⅲ) Chlorid Complex
【摘要】 用有机凝胶法合成了[Ba(DB30-CROWN-lO)(H20)][Bi2Cl8]的晶体,并对它进行了元素分析、差热—热重分析和红外光谱等各项物理性质的测试,并经X射线单晶结构分析确定了配合物的结构。
【Abstract】 A complex [Ba(DB30C10)(H2O)][Bi2Cl8] has been grown in a gel reaction and characterized by elemental analysis, differential thermal and thermogravimetric analysis as well as infrared spectra. The molecular and crystal structure of the complex has been determined by X-ray diffraction.The structure of the ctystal was solved by Patterson method and Fourier synthesis, an a then it was refined by full matrix least squares method to final discrepancy factors R=0. 080. The crystal belongs to triclinic space group Plwith cell parameters:α= 11. 342(2), b=11. 812(2),c=16. 791(2),A ,α= 106. 49(l)0,β=95. 41(1)0,γ=94. 07(l)0,Z=2,Dc=2. 014g·cm-3.The result of structural determination indicates that the barium ion was located in the cavity of the crown ether and coordinated with the crown ether and a molecular water to form a complex cation while each bismuth (Ⅲ) ion was coordinated with six chlorids and forms an infinitely anionic chian {[Bi2(μ-Cl)2Cl4(μ-Cl)4/2]2-}n through bridging chlorid atoms.
