【Abstract】 The Present study demenstrated the existence of Calcitonin gene-related peptide (CGRP) in rat lung by using specific radioimmunoassay and immunohi-stochemistry methods. Gel filtration of pulmonary extracts showed one majer peak of CGRP immunoreactivity, indicating that there is only one monomole-cular form of CGRP in rat lung. The distribution of CGRP in various parts of rat lung was also investigated. In vitro experiment, it showed that CGRP has potent vasodilatine effect on rat pulmonary artery.更多还原
