一种适于高频大功率输出变压器用非晶合金的研究

【摘要】 用于船舶中的一种高频大功率输出变压器在脉冲状态下工作。其工作频率为10kHz。要求变压器铁芯具有低的高频损耗,高动态磁导率,高饱和磁感应强度和低的剩磁比。 本文介绍了一种适合于以上应用的非晶合金FJ305。其成分为(FeNiMo)84.1 (Si-B)15.9(at%)经适当的退火处理后,该合金具有很好的高频性能,其最佳磁特性如下:P0.41.k=16.3 W/kg,P0.2/20k=7.8W/kg,|μ|0.4/10k=24000,BR=0.2T,B10=1.3 T 装机试验表明,用非晶合金作铁芯的输出变压器工作温升低,效率高,从而提高了机器的可靠性。 用转矩及X光衍射等方法研究了退火工艺对该合金性能影响的机制。

【Abstract】 A type of high frequency, high power output shipbuilding transformer works in pulse state. The operating frequency is 10kC. So the transformer core material is required to be the one with properties of low losses at high frequency, high dynamic permeability, high saturation induction and low remanence.In this paper, an amorphous alloy FJ305 [(FeNiMo)84.1(SiB)15.9] used for this purpose is introduced. After appropriate annealing, this alloy has excellent properties at high frequency. The optimum properties are as follows: P0.4/10K=16.3W/kg, P0.2/20K=7.8W/kg, |μ|0.4/10K=24000; Bг=0.2T, B10=1.30 T.The service test shows that the tranformer using amorphous alloy as its core material works with less temperature increase, higher efficiency and, therefore, higher reliability.The mechanism of the effect of annealing on the properties was studied by means of X ray diffraction and torque measurement.
