【摘要】 TZM钼合金板材由于其高温时的高强度及高再结晶温度,使其成为优秀的高温结构材料。本文叙述了用粉末冶金法制取TZM板材的工艺及性能。试样的方向及状态对板材的室温抗拉性能及弯曲塑-脆转变温度的影响也在本文中进行了讨论。另外,对粉冶TZM板材与粉冶纯钼板及熔炼TZM板材的性能进行了比较;还对比了粉冶法及熔炼法生产TZM板材的工艺流程及经益效益。最后简单介绍了有关该板材的使用情况。更多还原

【Abstract】 The TZM sheet has become an excellent structural material since its high temperature high strength and high recrystallization temperature. In this paper, the manufacturing technique and properties of TZM sheet made by powder metallurgical process are described. The influence of the orientation and condition on the ambient temperature tensile properties and the bending duc-tile-to-brittle transition temperature of P/M TZM sheet are also discussed. In addtion, the properties of P/M TZM sheet are compared with the properties of P/M unalloyed Mo sheet and arc-casting TZM sheet as well; the comparisions between the manufacturing procedures and economical benifits of P/M and arc-casting technigue for producing TMZ sheet are also presented. Finally, the applications of P/M TZM sheet are discussed briefly.更多还原
