【摘要】 本文运用统计学方法对豫西旱地小麦灌浆期籽粒蛋白质、赖氨酸的积累变化规律的研究结果表明,豫西旱地小麦籽粒蛋白质含量在开花后3天时较高,之后则迅速下降,开花后20天降至最低,以后又逐渐上升,成熟前略有下降。开花后3天的赖氨酸含量比较低,到开花后9天达到高峰,之后逐渐下降,开花后23天出现最小值,以后又缓慢上升,成熟前略有下降。千粒重、千粒蛋白质量、千粒赖氨酸量基本上都是随着时间的推移而增大。更多还原

【Abstract】 The accumulation and change rules of grain protein and lysing of winter wheat at the stage on the dry district in the west of Henan Provinch have been studied through the statistical methods. The results show, on the dry district in the west of Hunan, the grain protein content is very hige at the third day after blossom, dropping tendency from the 3rd day to 20th after blossom and lowest at 20th day. raising trend afterward, a bit dropping before maturing. The grain lysine content is low at the third day after blossom, height at 9th day, after blossom, dropping from day 9 to 23 and lowest day 23 affer blossom, raising afterward, dropping before maturing. 1000-grain weight, 1000-grain protein weight and 1000-grain lysine weight are basically iacreaiag with the passage of time at the filling stage.更多还原
