【摘要】 据1983—1987年对48例各种破伤风病畜的临床治疗试验,先用氯丙嗪、硫酸镁镇静解痉后,经寰椎外侧孔向椎管内注射小剂量破伤风抗毒素,并酌情配合内服中药及其他西医辅助疗法,治愈率达95.8％以上,且疗效快,费用低,寰椎外侧孔注射方法简便,无副作用。更多还原
