【摘要】 利用琼脂双向扩散与免疫电泳方法,并以7219及B.t.gallerae菌株为对照,研究了187与1897菌株品体蛋白抗原的特性。结果表明:187与1897各具有三条沉淀线,其中两条存在交叉反应,另一条为各自的特异沉淀线。说明它们之间有共同抗原成分,但又有各自的特异性成分。B.t.g.有三条沉淀线,7219有二条沉淀线。仅管它们分属不同的血清型,但仍有二条交叉沉淀线,而对187与1897则不出现交叉反应。说明苏云金杆菌杀虫活性与晶体抗原成分有关。建议将晶体血清型也作为苏云金杆菌分类的指标之一。更多还原

【Abstract】 This study was by mean of agar gel diffusion and immunoelectrophoresis and 7216, 1897 and B.t. galleae strains of Bacillus thuringiensis were used as contrasta. The results were that 187 and 1897 each showed three prcipitation lines, two of which appeared in cross reaction, one didn’t. 7216 showed two lines, B.t.g.—three lines and they didn’t show cross reaction with 187 or 1897. It suggest that 187 and 1897 from same serotypes (H)each showed a specific antigen components, and the toxicity to insects is associated with the antigenic characteristics of the crystals. We might use crystal serotype as acriterion for classitication of Bacillus thuringiensis.更多还原
