一种新型水玻璃砂溃散剂

【摘要】 本文对自制的一种新型水玻璃砂溃散剂——K溃散剂的工艺性能进行了试验研究,并对K溃散剂的成本进行了分析,结果表明:加K溃散剂的水玻璃砂800℃和1200℃时的残留强度明显降低,且其成本仅为树脂砂的1/4.最后,文中还对K溃散剂的溃散机理进行了初步探讨.

【Abstract】 The processing properties, the economy and breakdown mechanism of a new type of K-breakdown agent developed by the authors are described. Experimental results show that the retained strength of sodium -silicate with K-breakdown agent sand at 800℃ and 1200℃ is remarkably decreased although its strength at room temperature and at 200℃ (baking temperature) did not exhibit any obvious change and the production cost of sodium-silicate with K-breakdown agent sand is only one-fourth that of resin sand.
