【Abstract】 This paper presents the overall layout of a new type hydraulic facility, a mobile working ship, for harnessing the Yellow River. Not only can it be used to retain the flood, protect the dam and diverge the stream or sand, but also it can beused as an overwater operation platform. The prerequisites for the realization of these functions are discussed, problems to be further studied to materialize this idea are listed.更多还原
