桥环菁染料 1,1-((N)-甲基-4-吡啶基)-3-((N)-甲基-4-吡啶亚基)-4.5-二取代-1,4-环戊二烯甲基硫酸盐及具有不对称(N)-烷基的桥环菁染料
Bridged Cyanine Dyes 1.1-(N-Methl-4-pyridino)-3-(N-methy-4-pyridylene) -4, 5-disubstituted Cyclopenta-1, 4-diene Methyl Sulfates and Some Novel Bridged Cyanine Dyes with Unsymmetric N-Alkyl Group Cyanine
【摘要】 1,3-二(4-吡啶基)丙烷用硫酸二甲酯甲基化生成双吡啶盐(2),该吡啶盐(2)和α-二酮在碱性条件下缩合生成1-(N-甲基-4-吡啶基)-3-(N-甲基-4-吡啶亚基)-4,5-二取代-1,4-环戊二烯甲基硫酸盐(3),得率良好。1,3-二(4-吡啶基)丙烷用不同的卤代烷分步烷基化得不对称的双吡啶盐(5),(5)用上述方法和α-二酮反应得不对称桥环菁染料(6)。本工作还测定了桥环菁染料的可见和荧光光谱,并讨论了染料(3)的质子化过程和pK_b值。
【Abstract】 1,3-Di( 4-pyridyl ) propane is methylated with dimethyl sulfate to form the pyridinium salt 2, which condenses with α-diketones in the presence of piperidine to yield the bridged cyanines 3. The Yields are high. Treatment of 1,3-di (4-pyridyl) propane with two different alkyl bromide stepwiseaffords the unsymmetric bis-pyridinium salt 5,which reacts with α-diketones to produce the expected bridged cyanines with different N-substituents. The visible and fluorescence spectra of these bridged cyanine dyes are measured, and the protonation process and pKb of dyes are discussed.
