【Abstract】 Three weekly applications of 1% DMBA to rat lingual and platal mucosa, preceded by scratching with a barbed broach or not, led to development squamous cell carcinomas in 41.2% of the scratching animals(GroupⅠ6/22) but no in the unscratching animals (Group Ⅱ 0/18) by 28 weeks.Tumors were preceded by a phase resembling human leukoplakia in this modle.更多还原
