【Abstract】 β-thromboglobulin （β-TG） is a platelet-specific protein which is released by platelet a-granules. To this day, no final conclusion has yet been reached on whether β-TG inhibits PG I₂ production by vascular endothelial cells （VEC）. In the thesis, human β-TG which is purified by our own department is used,and any effects of β-TG on PG I₂ production by bovine and porcine aortic endothelial cells are not verified. In addition, under our department β-TG specific binding sites on bovine aortic endothelial cells are not found.更多还原
