【Abstract】 Cytochrome oxidase is the terminat oxidase of the respiratory chain in eucaryotic cell. In our experiment the oxidase was solubilized using Triton Ⅹ-100 and deoxycholate and was precipitated at 27%～70% （ NH₄）₂SO-4. The highly purified oxidase from the rat liver and kidney mitochondria was separated into 12-13 different protein subunits by a highly resolving SDS-PAGE.更多还原
